A golf lesson with Tiger
Learn to Swing Like Tiger
I'm going to take apart Tigers swing for you.
Tiger Woods Address Position

Look at the address picture of Tiger Woods.
Notice his ball position- inside or even with his left heel.
Look at his hands position - Inside of his left thigh
Look at his shoulder tilt
legs open about the same distance as his shoulders
His head - chin up
Backswing-shaft parallel to the ground.

Notice the extension of his hands to the outside of his right foot.
Notice his head still at address position
Notice how his hip turned
Backswing -Left arm parallel with ground

Look at his head.
Notice how his hip continued to turn.
Top of the backswing

Notice the position of his golf club - Parallel to the ground.
Look at his head.
Look at how straight his left arm is.
Can you tell that his hips turned. They did not sway toward his right side.
Weight has shifted to the right leg.
Start of the downswing

What you won't see in the pictures is how when tiger starts his downswing he makes a slight move with his hips toward the target to trigger the swing. If you watch the video again look for this move!
Take a good look at this picture. can you see that his arms are parallel with the ground again?
His weight moving back to the left side.
Can you see how his hands are still cocked as they approach the ball?

Contact position

Notice his head position
Hands
Weight on left side
Downswing- club parallel to ground down the target line

Finish

Notice his body position:
Belt buckle facing target
Tiger finishes with all his weight on the left side
It's hard to see the club finish from this angle but the shaft of the club
should look like it's parallel with the ground.
(Picture an arrow going in one of your ears and coming out the other side)
Now watch the video a few times noticing all of the above points and you will improve your swing.
